Tow-Max produces slipper springs that are both simple and long-lasting. The slipper spring has an eye on one end and loose leaves on the other end that forms a ‘tail’ that slides in a hanger soldered to the trailer chassis. Slipper springs, linked sequentially or attached as independent sets, provide a low-cost solution to multi-axle trailer suspension.
This leaf spring is an excellent addition to your trailer to guarantee that you have a spring to absorb any road shock and improve the overall ride. It also helps to lessen the general wear and strain on your trailer. It’s always a good idea to replace your leaf springs or slipper springs in pairs.
